RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you change your mind, you can request an exchange or return of your purchase for a refund or eBoutique credit. We happily accept returns and exchanges on full priced items. All returns must be in the original condition as sent. The item must not be worn, altered or washed, and must have its original tags attached.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please notify us by email, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order for Australian orders, and within 14 days for orders for New Zealand, United Kingdom, and United States. Returns after this date cannot be accepted. Please note we do not offer exchanges on international orders.
All Sale items bought during our Sale Period are Final: No refunds, exchanges or returns are accepted in anyway - unless the item is deemed faulty!
Please note we do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds on tailor-made items.
We aim to process refunds within 24 hours of receiving your returned parcel, however during busy times it may take a couple of days. Please allow up to 7-14 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method.
